I’ve spent more than two decades in the hospitality industry—from Atlanta to Napa to San Francisco to Charleston—launching and operating restaurants and retail spaces, building wine programs, and supporting the careers of chefs, sommeliers, and operators. My work is grounded in passion for wine, food and service, and guided by a simple question:
